Make Delivery

Every customer must register with Dream Wardrobe to maintain an account to place order.

Order with us with a few easy steps:

1. Browse our Dreamweb and select the products you want to purchase.
2. Click ADD TO CART button.
3. Click CONTINUE TO SHOP to continue to select our products or click UPDATE BAG to make any amendments.
   Repeat this step for all the products you would like to purchase.
4. At WHAT’S IN MY CART? page, you may adjust the quantities for your order at any time; then click on UPDATE BAG button to recalculate the modified order.
   Click tick at the box to remove the items you wish to remove from cart.
   Once you have completed adding all your items to cart, click CHECKOUT button.
5. At DELIVERY INFORMATION page, pls click the CHANGE ADDRESS button to fill in your desired shipping address, if your desired shipping address is different from the address you provided when you first register with us.
6. At the SHIPPING METHOD, pls click on your preferred time slot for us to make delivery.
7. Click CONTINUE to proceed to PAYMENT INFORMATION.
8. If you want to make a last minute amendments to your order, you can click on the purple EDIT.
9. Please click the CHANGE ADDRESS button to fill in your desired billing address, if your desired billing address is different from the address you provided when you first register with us.
10. At the PAYMENT METHOD, pls click and select your desired payment method.
11. ***Before you continue and checkout, under our ADD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER comment box, if you like any of our products and is undecided to make a purchase, we give you the benefit to request us to send it to you to try or see and feel the real stuff. Maximum 5 pieces is allowed.
12. Click CONTINUE to complete the checkout procedure.
13. At the ORDER CONFIRMATION, pls click purple EDIT for any final amendments that you want to make.
14. Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your buying experience.
15. Once checkout procedure is completed, you will receive an ORDER PROCESS email from us.
16. You can track your order history by simply logging into your account.
17. Look for it under MY ACCOUNT.
18. Kindly proceed to make payment if you are paying via ATM or INTERNET BANKING within 3 working days.
19. Do email to us at sales@dreamwardrobe.com.sg to inform us of any payment you made. We will update your payment status and send an email to confirm your payment.
20. Your order will be delivered promptly after processed.

***Things to note:

1. If payment is not received within 3 days, all orders will be cancelled.
2. We provide FREE DELIVERY within Singapore.
3. Any purchases above SG$100.00 in a single receipt will automatically entitled to a 10% discount. This discount is directly deducted from the final payment amount.
